"This Hair Removal product is pretty easy to use by following the instruction manual. Make sure to see if this will work on you before purchase but generally it works best on white skin with dark hairs and won't work on most dark skin colors. It takes a while to see the result after treatment and I noticed less hair growing after 1 week in the treated area while the new hair becomes softer and thinner (it will take a few weeks/several treatments to see the full effect according to manual). The treatment area had to be shaved before treatment (hair-free).
This unit supports both manual and auto flash. I didn't feel pain after each treatment but there was indeed a "burn" feel for a few seconds after flashing. My skin showed a little redness (very minor) and it went away in a few minutes. So far it works as expected and I'll continue with it. My favorite feature is the flash auto mode. . I hope that the liquid hair becomes more and more sparse. Needless to say, I am very impressed."

"After being promised 8days for delivery (after chatting directly to them on FB chat), the package still hasn't arrived (day 20+).
After then confirming again that it will be delivered directly to our door (and not the post office), we see on the tracking portal that it is in fact going to the post office, and not our door.

After letting them know via the same channel (FB chat) that we are disappointed that both the above info that they promised us, turned out to be lies, they subsequently blocked our account from their Facebook.

Highly disappointed to spend so much money, to be lied to and be blocked, before the package has even arrived.

Really disappointed that a company acts this way after taking our money.
