"I have ordered 9 different items from Rose Gal and have been very satisfied with all but two.
The majority of items were bathroom shower curtains, rugs and night lights. I placed an order for a double breasted jacket which did not fit even after following the measurements accurately.
I ordered xl first then 2xl and to no avail had to give them away. I also ordered a double breasted sweater for my husband and it arrived too small and the quality was not what was expected. However, after contacting customer service they handled the situation very well and they responded quickly and professionally. The return policy is extremely fair and makes me feel comfortable that if I ever have an issue it will be resolved to my satisfaction. Rose Gal is a great long distance online shopping site that can be trusted."
