"On 8/11/2017 I ordered an Anchor print shower curtain, as well as the colorful stripe print velvet carpet. .... I really needed a runner type rug for my kitchen and couldn't find anything reasonable and then this site popped up. I thought for the price it was going to be of very poor quality, because that is what I have come to expect when an item is so inexpensive online, but I figured it was so cheap why not. While I was on there I also saw an anchor shower curtain, and I'm really big into anchors because my grandfather and father were both in the navy, and it is a subtle tribute to them both; I even have an anchor tattoo, but actually coming across anything with an anchor on it is rare. Plus it was cloth, I hate plastic shower curtains, so of course I bought that as well. When the items arrived I was very shocked at the quality. "Based upon the delivery times posted on the website when I placed my order I should have the Christmas items needed for an event. The location of this company is China. I placed my order on November 12th. It was not shipped out until December 20th and my emails 8 days before regarding the needed date refused to provide an answer until the 20th. On the shipping notification it list destination as JFK. So if en-route by air - Again I should have the items.
When I have asked for the location I get a standard response to be patient and the thread of messages stating I had a deadline date and asking to track the package are disregarded.
The ads by this company on social media sites for Christmas Pjs and other items need to have a disclaimer that they will not be available for you to use this Christmas. It is intentionally misleading. Not the way you to do business. I know have to go create other things for our event which means taking monies from the budget that were not planned. "
