"I was very excited to receive my first order with Rosegal, unfortunately I was extremely disappointed. The shorts I received have loose stitching as if the product wasn't finished; I also received a medium in a sweater when I ordered a small. The other items I ordered were of poor quality and the bathing suit almost seems dirty. I would like to return everything I ordered and have received so far.
I tried to submit a trouble ticket and the site kept prompting me that I was typing in an invalid verification code. I tried multiple times and even went to the trouble of trying different computers. No one picked up the phone when I called and their voicemail box was full so I couldn't even leave a message.
Rosegal - I see you are responding to reviews left by your customers, please be of some assistance to me.

"I ordered the Fashionable Halter Leopard Print Slimming Bikini Set For Women. I even had to message them to change yo top to a small since I have a smaller chest and they were able to do this with no problem before my shipment went out! I love this site. I have also ordered Gerryda Quartz Watch with12 Arabic Numbers Indicate Leather Watch Band for Women (Dark Brown) three different times because it was stolen once and lost once. This watchbis beautiful. The bathing suit too. Was a hit all summer."
"I ordered 3 hoodies on 10/24 and chose Express Shipping for couple dollars extra.
First package was arrived on 11/4 and second one was on 11/6 by DHL.
Those hoodies are super cute and unique!!!!!! I was going to cancel after I read lots of bad reviews.but I wanted to try since my order was around $50. I recommend express shipping if you do not want to wait 3 moths. Customer service responded with in 24 hours when I asked which shipping method they will use for my second package. I really liked all hoodies and satisfied their customer service. I am sure I will order from Rose gal again :) "

"I would not plan on getting anything from them in a timely manner. I ordered a cardigan for my birthday on the 8th of October! I paid extra for 2-3 day shipping! I have yet to receive my package or even be notified as to why I havnt received my package and where it is. If I don't receive it soon I'm going to be making some complaints. i am very angry!"

"I ordered a coat. After few weeks of waiting for my parcel, I received a jacket which only reminded the coat from the picture on the RoseGal website. And also durring the first fitting the 'coats' lining has ripped up = very bad quality of item.
