"I ordered a dress from Rose Gal because of the price. I was nervous about the "one size" option. I am a size 4/6 in dresses and thought that was a pretty common size, so I took the risk. And it worked! The dress fit perfectly, with elastic around the waist to allow for extra room if needed. The material was VERY sheer so I did have to wear a body slip under it. Otherwise the quality was spot on with the price. Additionally I had nothing but great customer service from the time I placed my order until the time it was delivered (on time!). I have since placed additional orders from Rose Gal. They have not yet been delivered (still on time though) but will be sure to review my experience again when they are. "

Two weeks later... 7 Sep 2015, I was notified that it had shipped. It is now 29 Oct 2015 and I still haven't received my top!! "So far my experience with Rosegal hasn't been good. I ordered My sweater on October 9, 2015 and I received and email the same day saying they received my payment and they will process my order immediately. I haven't received anything yet, so I decided to check my order on my rosegal account and the order says "processing". I sent a ticket in to the support center (ticket no T15102715742), which says I will get a response within 24 hours. The 24 hours have passed and still no response. Getting a little worried that I was scammed."
"I ordered a hoodie from this Rose Gal with uncertainty of its reliability. The initial shipping delays (12 business days) were extended after opening a ticket. Once my initial review had been written, they became much more helpful and reachable for information. They proposed either pursuing the delays or cancelling the order and refunding me. I told them I would wait and receive the order. They emailed me once the sweatshirt had been shipped and to expect it in up to 20 business days. After one month and a bit from the initial order, I received the hoodie. The quality of the product was very nice and material extremely soft and cozy. However the sizing was very off from standard sizing (always check the size chart) and the colouration was inaccurate to the initial image I based my purchase on. With a second complaint they offered to refund my money and no need to return the order to them. Overall once the review had been written customer service was very efficient. "
"I ordered 2 x items from this website (Rosegal.com). One top and one Maxi dress. I paid extra for shipment tracking and insurance.
Only 1 of the items arrived. Maxi dress is still missing in action. No response from Rosegal on my order. Support tickets raised with these guys you can only view for 24 hours and then your ticket disappears. They say you can always search your tickets, but this wrong, once the link expires, say good bye to your ticket.
Shipment tracking - no email providing shipment details, no updates, no website to check and no number provided.
The Top - nice material. Finishing was rubbish. Cotton threads hanging out everywhere. Sewing of the material was also rubbish as the person didn't even bother lining things up.
I am still emailing Rosegal for my Maxi dress or a refund. WILL NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE EVER AGAIN.
The cost saving is not worth the hassle of dealing with lousy service or trying to locate missing items. Buy from somewhere else that has a much better reputation than these guys.

Update: 27/10
So I have been contacted by Rosegal (see below). Aside from the frustration of not being able to track a parcel (especially when you've paid for tracking) Rosegal have offered a refund (I think for the shirt). Still not sure where the Maxi dress is but will leave it a few more days before I chuck my toys out of the pram again.
So improvement by Rosegal, responsive to the issue lets see how it goes with the remaining package still to be delivered (or refunded).

"This was my first time ordering from the RoseGal website. I have listed below a few categories that I think people would be most curious about regarding the site:
Navigation:
I found the site easy to navigate as there are numerous ways to search i.e. drop down menu, search by colour, and using the search bar. With having so many photos and information on this site, I found there was little to no down time in waiting for pages to load.
Prices:
The prices were clearly marked for each item and are very competitive. There are always new items going on sale and sometimes items have free shipping. There is a drop down menu at the top of the site where you can choose which currency you would like to use. It allows you to see what you will pay instead of having to convert the items yourself.
Images:
The images are very clear and I liked how on almost all items you can view what the clothing/accessories look like on before purchasing. When viewing an item individually it will also list other available colours on the page.
Sizes:
The size charts are very in depth and have the option of viewing in inches and centimetres. There is also a size conversion chart which compares sizes like international, us, uk, and a few more. The sizes are very true to fit. With my first time using the site I was able to pick the right size.

1. Map Patterned Watch - In both black and in white
The face of the watch is very light weight. The hands glow in the dark to easily view at night. The image on the face is clear and the names of countries and oceans are readable.
2. Skew Neck “Love” T-Shirt - In black with white font
The shirt is comfortable to wear and I love the neckline. You can make it look casual with leggings or dress it up a bit with jeans.
3. Casual Collarless Long Sleeve Knitted Cardigan - In light grey
The cardigan fits very well and the material is light weight. The colour is neutral will suit any colour t-shirt you put underneath. It is great for work or weekends. "

"You know I was going to order several items. Then on my facebook a shirt I was going to order popped up for sale from another store. After I clicked on it (Dress Lily is store), it takes me to a site that looks almost identical in layout to Rosegal. The clothes are the same too. This makes me wonder if they are operating a shady business and opening multiple sites with different names to somehow get out of bad reviews. Hopefully they respond to this review to clarify for customers. "
"I was so excited to find a couple of fall staples on their site so I placed an order on Sept 14th 2015. I got an email stating that one of my packages had left their warehouse on Sept 30th 2015. It is now Oct 23rd 2015 and I have yet to receive either order I placed over a month and a half ago. I have made several attempts to call and email customer service with no response.
