"I'm not one to complain, but I had to write a review for this company. I placed an order on August 29th, it is now October 19th. I have NOT received my clothes, which I'm super bummed about. I have contacted their support center and on all occasions and had a quick response. I give them props for that, but on the other hand, they have told me to contact my local post office, make sure my shipping address is correct and wait until Oct 30th. I've read a few comments below that have experienced the same exact thing. I'm sure I'm being impatient, but when they say it can take up to 6 weeks and we are now at the 8 week mark, I'm getting pretty frustrated. Their clothes are really cute, but I'm not able to experience them. :/ Ok, rant over. Sorry RoseGal, you really disappointed me. "

"After reading some negative Rosegal reviews online, I was skeptical about placing an order with them. However, I ended up having a great experience! I ordered a cardigan sweater from them and did the standard (free) shipping. I did pay for the optional insurance and tracking. Within about a day, they contacted me to say that my order had shipped and sent me both the tracking number and a photo of my package. It arrived about two weeks later and I was impressed. The size corresponded to the chart on their website, it looked just like the picture, and the quality was great for the price. I will definitely be ordering more from Rosegal in the future! "

The didn't have one item and offered me a refund in points rather than actual cash refund.

Communicating with them while waiting for my shipment was unproductive, which is what originally got me to this site.
I was hoping i would be happy with the products once i arrived, but I wasn't.
Two identical items I ordered, t-shirts with lace arms differing only in color were not identical. Although both listed and tagged as the same size, they were not the same size and not even the same exact style as one curved in at the waist, while the other hung down straight. Also neither shirt had the flair at the bottom as pictured. AND the lace on the arms though attrative was not tacked down but flops around unattractively.
I think it is easier to shop where one can see and touch the product before purchasing.
I don't want the hassle of returning and waiting for my refunds, so i will wear the products i purchased for as long as they last, and I don't expect that to be long. I feel the price i paid is the cost of the lesson to not buy online, especially products from China that are thin materials and cheaply made.
i want to support American made. I think I will be more satisfied with something i can try on before purchasing and the additional cost will be worth it. "
