RoseGal is a great online shopping website. Their iPhone app is also easy to use. The wait for items to arrive is totally worth it! (I placed my order August 15th, and it arrived Sept 3rd) My items arrived before the given estimated arrival date. The package was in tact and clean. The items arrived without any damage. Tracking the package was a bit difficult, but that being said, when I did track it, I got an idea of the packages where-about a and when it finally arrived to Canada.
RoseGal prices are amazing if you like to save money, or if you are a college/university student who still loves to shop but have a budget. I will definitely be continuing to shop from RoseGal.

Discovering Rosegal.com has been one of my best decisions for shopping online especially as I am a huge bag addict. The bags are out of this world yes out of this world. Classy sexy and makes a statement when I walk out of my door. The product is certainly as seen on the site. To date I've purchased three bags in less than three months. There service is exceptional. I've never ask a question that was not answered. The price people hmmmm if I was rich I would own every bag on this site. one of my bags is the Fashion Style Crocodile Print and PU Leather Design Womens's Shoulder Bag and yes I rocked it like i was on the red carpet. "I placed an order and they sent an email saying that my order was shipped and that the receipt is a picture that somebody took of a package that allegedly was sent to me. The track number was from a Chinese postal service. Almost 2 months later, no delivery!!! Tried to contact Rosegal's costumer service, it never goes through.
Got my money back by disputing the charges with my credit card.
Definitely I don't recommend buy from them."

"I ordered 8 items from Rosegal on 9/21/15 with expedited shipping. On 9/30/15, I received a shipment notification that my order shipped via DHL and was provided a tracking number. As of yesterday (10/5/15), DHL's site shows the shipment number, but with no details. When I contacted DHL directly, they said that they were notified by Rosegal that they have a shipment, but they have not actually received the package yet. Rosegal's customer service insists that it was shipped. I feel like they are being dishonest and the other reviews here indicate that there is a strong possibility that I'm correct. I have no idea where my order is and if I'll ever receive it. It's looking doubtful. "

"The site has a very good selection of clothing. I have not had the shipping trouble that other people seem to have experienced. I have paid the extra dollar or two for a tracking number for each order and have found they usually arrive within a month. One order I placed did take 6 or 7 weeks, but according to my tracking number, it was held up at customs and I know there is not a lot the seller can do about this. The clothing is decent. I have some pieces that I truly love and wear all the time, but I have been disappointed by one or two purchases. If you are going to order from this website, definitely make sure you take all your measurements. The one's they provide online are quite accurate. I'm sure I will be ordering again. "

"I've ordered 6 items from Rosegal (clothes, accessories and jewellery) all of which delivered in a very good condition and within the expected time. I am really happy with my RoseGal experience, please see the reasons below:

Clothes - They are smaller size than UK or US sizes, but all customer reviews and the website's size chart advise you to go for one size bigger than you normally go for. (I was still unsure so went two sizes bigger, and it fitted perfectly.)
Jewellery - Love them! The quality is the same with other 'budget brands' jewellery and the prices are super-cheap. Real bargain.
Accessories - Ordered a scarf which turned out to be even better than what I expected! Great quality and doesn't look cheap at all.
Customer service - Every time I've asked something through the 'Message' service, they've answered the following day, so really satisfied with this as well.
Shipping - The delivery took almost 3 weeks - a bit too much yes, but the site was very clear on the timeframe of standard delivery, so I was aware.

My only advise would be to go through the entire product page before deciding whether to buy or not. There are lot's of size info and additional images to get a clearer image, before you decide on just the main image. Overall, I am indeed super-satisfied and I consider the site a massive bargain, which I am lucky to have discovered."
