I already wrote one review on here a few weeks ago. I have written several emails to them demanding a refund, considering I ordered my item over a month ago and still haven't received it. Over a week ago they promised me a full refund and a deadline date of 9/21/15 for me to receive my package. Here it is, 9.22.15, no package and still no refund. Ive have 5 different people tell me 5 different things, via email only because their telephone # isn't even valid. They asked me to CHANGE MY REVIEW ON HERE once I get compensated; Well, guess what?? They have failed to compensate me OR deliver my items that I purchased. Terrible customer service.. absolutely terrible. I don't know how they are still in business. The email I received this morning told me to wait until the end of October and IF at that time I didn't have my package, THEN they would consider re-imbursing me! Even though they already sent a email saying, "we will refund you immediately due to all the troubles you have had." Today they want to know if my freakin' address was correct on my order!? Seriously!!?? They can't even keep up with what they have promised to their customer nor follow through on anything they said they will due. I am appalled at how poorly they treat their customers & sickened that companies like this make money off of hard working people. Thanks, RoseGal for being TERRIBLE & for tricking me into paying "shipping insurance" and then telling me you have no idea where my package is and can't track it because I "didn't pay for a tracking number." Way to go!!!!!!!"
"The quality of the product i received was awful!!!! Stitching was already coming apart, and the clothes looked nothing like the online picture. I think My 10 yr old child could have made the clothing better. Absolutely awful!!!! Do not waste your money on this product. "

"This place is horrible. They sent me a dress with the lining sewn on the outside & when I tried to get a refund they kept telling me they couldn't view the photo. When they finally claim they had a photo they could view, they offered me $1.87 for a $23 purchase because they claim the defect was SMALL. This place is a sham. And on top of it, the dress didn't look anything like the way it was pictured. I will never ever buy anything from them again. "

"Absolutely will never order from here again. I ordered Larges and they would fit a pre-teen. Fabric is crummy. Return policy is ridiculous with having to send pictures with measurements of each item and then they tell you that it is the correct measurement.
A nice girl, Madison, tried to help me with dozens of e-mails, but in the end, the postage will cost more than the product. I will just take these to Goodwill and forfeit the money.
Beware, buyers. Not what it appears to be.

"I have absolutely loved Rosegal thus far. I received my items much faster than expected, in about two weeks verses the 3 or 4 weeks that others have experienced. When I received the items ( a purse, and some lingerie) they were what I expected from the pictures, although the purse was just a slightly brighter pink than expected. The difference in color is so slight it made no difference to me. Aside from that that, the quality was fantastic. Also any time I have had a question Rosegal responded very quickly, within 24 hours. "My experience with Rosagal so far I'm satisfied. It does takes awhile before you get your shipment but it did mention 10-25 days. But if I compare Rosegal with the other website. I would go with this website because first of all they don't charge for shipment and the fabric of the clothing is way better than the other websites."
