"I ordered over $100 dollars worth of items that I was eagerly awaiting receipt of, because they were all so cute. I paid attention to the measurements of each and every item because they were all different. 3 items came right away and 2 out of the 3 had quality control issues. I sent photos of 1 of them items I wished to have replaced and they have given me the run around for a week now. They offered me $2 dollars back...Seriously??? WTF I just want a replacement. All of the other 5 items never came. I had to look the ticket up on-line and contact them and ask where my damn stuff was that they had already charged me for. They said they were not in stock but would be sent...WHENEVER they came back in stock....again..WTF...really??? As of today they are no longer responding to my replies and images I keep sending. I did get my money back on the items they haven't sent but I am screwed out of these 2 items that I can't fix and can't get them to replace. I have already warned all my friends to NOT EVER order from RoseGal and I will NEVER give them another dime.

RoseGal saw this review and re-contacted me and offered me compensation for the items that I was stuck with. I wish they had just done what I asked in the beginning and exchanged the jumper. I could not ask for money back on the other other item because I gave it away and didn't feel right asking for money on an item that I no longer had. It wasn't defective per say it was just a hot mess and in no way fit like the image on their website. Overall I am happy RoseGal came through but I am still very disappointed in the service I received prior to writing my initial review."

"Very disappointed with this website. I ordered 4 items off of Rose Gal and received my package after 3 weeks of patient waiting, a week longer than they said it would take. My order arrived without an invoice or receipt of what I had bought and did not include one of the items I had bought (the more expensive item). One of the other items looked very different from the image they have advertised (but I thought, "Oh well, it wasn't very expensive, not worth returning, I'll just consider it a write-off"). Another of the items was extremely small and started to rip at the seams as I tried to put it on, I did not try very hard at all to put it on. It just started to rip as I put my arm gently in the sleeve.
I tried to email the company to ask why one of my items was not delivered but discovered that I could not email them unless I had an account with them (I had ordered as paid as a guest rather than making an account at time of purchase) and I could not make an account simply to contact them.
Very disappointed with the entire website as well as the quality of the clothes I have received. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. I am also quite concerned about the number of positive reviews on this website - I have not found a single positive review on any other review website and am concerned that they may have been written by Rose Gal employees."

"I recently purchased a large order from Rose Gal and when I received the product it was labeled as a size XL but was made so small that even a size 2 wouldn't fit in them. When I asked to return them they said that they required an item # from the shipping label on the front of the original package and then wanted me to lay the items out on my floor and take a photograph of each item with a ruler next to them and stated that if the items were what I ordered then they would be unable to give me a refund so I am just SOL. I contact the customer service in March 2015 notifying them that I haven't received the order, they stated it might take longer(about 30-60 business day) so I contacted them again in MAY 2015 when I still didn't receive the product. I asked them for a refund on my purchase which they stated they can't do that or can only refund only 50%. They can re-ship it if I pay for the product and shipping again.
