"I am very satisfied with Rosegal's service. I used to not shop online but after my first time, I have ordered numerous items including clothes, dresses, and jewelry. The shipping takes a little long sometimes but recently it has been faster. I love that shipping is free worldwide.
If I email questions, they always answer kindly and helpfully within a reasonable time. The clothes are so affordable and the jewelry is beautiful.
One thing they can improve on is having more accurate pictures. Sometimes what you order is different from the modelled pictures. Other than that, great!

"I was more than satisfied with the product I received from Rose girl! After spending over $80 at VS for a baiting suit, I saw that Rose girl had the same style for only around $13. After recieving the baiting suit, I cannot believe that I had spent $80 for the other one! "This is probably the worst online store I have every shopped at.
I ordered a dress (vintage scoop neck dress) in BLUE at the beginning of June. Finally, today, I received this product not with any help on knowing its locating from the website or carrier. The tracking information is absolutely useless and is never updated. I have sent them 3 online support ticket inquires and have never gotten a single response even though they state that they get back to their customers within ONE BUSINESS DAY. Absolute lie. I have also tried contacting them via phone and online chat, but the phone is "closed" and the online chat doesn't work as well, it states that they are "currently offline". So pretty much there is no way of communicating with this awful business. The item received looked nothing like the picture. I ordered the dress in a bright royal blue and the dress I got was a disgusting dark blue that looked nothing like the picture. The product was also described on the website with have a cinched waist like that made the skirt part puff out a bit, very flattering I thought. The dress I received is a potato sack that once again, looks NOTHING like the photo. Based off the reviews I honestly don't even know why this place is still in business. I noticed people getting some responses from Rose Gal, so maybe I'll finally get a response.

If you select the free shipping it takes longer to get to you but the expedited shipping fees are cheaper than most US sites. Its my third time placing orders on rosegal.com, the last one was on june 1st it went pretty great, my sister and i bought some swimsuits and by the time to pay i saw there were an offer to pay less for expedited shipping, so i decided to try it... BEST IDEA EVER! it arrived order on june 6th!
as my experience on rosegal.com, i really recomend that if you are going to make any order, pay for a tracking number (its pretty cheap), my first time, my order backlog to arrive because local postal service lost it but it finally arrived 2 1/2 months later (once again, it was local postal service fault)
second time, i used the flat rate shipping and paid for tracking number, it was a good idea cause i was able to track my package every single moment and it got to my house just a little less than a month later (but this is OK, they send it from China and i'm in Mexico)
and well.. third time was the best :)
i love rosegal because they have pretty good stuff and shippings arrives from one or another way in excelent conditions."

The previous ticket number I had with them in regards to my order is no longer there. They will not give me my money back, they want to give me credit. Credit for what? so I can make another purchase and not receive it? "

"I ordered for the first time from rosegal.com on June 11th, 2015. It was two tops and one is for a family photo I am doing in July for my son's birthday. I paid for the extra shipping for my tops to be here before the 4th of July which is his bday. I have emailed them twice with no response back. I have now contacted my credit card company because they of course have already taken the money for the shirt, tax and shipping. I do not plan on ever ordering from them again and I will never recommend them to my friends. I have not gotten an email with my shipping tracking information either."
