"I ordered from them and paid for expedite shipping. One month later I finally recived my package to find that three of my most expensive items were missing, on product was defective and didn't work, and the two clothing items I received don't fit. I ordered an XL in both, the shirt was WAY to small/short in the arm and were and I compared it to an XS shirt and it was the same size. The other was a romper and I couldn't even get the top part on my shoulders it was so short. Im tall but not THAT tall. Never order from them. I have sent two messages about my problems and from reading the comments previous of mine, I bet nothing will get resolved. They took all the money out of my account and I never got about $50 worth of my items. If you are thinking about buying items from them, DONT! I spent $100 on them and none of my items worked out, especially the ones I NEVER GOT! They are a scam and a waste of your money. Don't buy anything from them!

"I have ordered stuff worth $300 from Rosegal.The items came and everything did not fit the U.S. zize 14 that they suggested would be XL.they have misrepresented the size.The items looked very cheap.Pockets were mismatched and some of it look like it was already worn with age old stains as if they have been in storage at a thrift store.I opened a ticket asking for a full refund.they gave me a hard time saying that they will give me a percentage back deducting shipping charges, etc.I have asked them for the return shipment address.They have not gotten back to me and it's been two days now.I will never shop there again.

I am very frustrated as my order arrived very quickly, however the items were far to small. I was happy to pay the postage to send the items back and exchange for a bigger size.
At first my tickets were being responded to really quickly, however now I have had no response.
I checked with royal mail and the item has tried to be delivered, on 15.6.15 however no one was there and it has not been picked up from where it is being held. This means that if Rosegal does not collect it, it will be sent back to me in the UK and ill be left with clothes that dont fit, or have to pay a second lot of postage to send it back again.
Very disappointed as I was happy with the quality and look of the clothes, for the price.
I just hope that this gets sorted out.

The most amazing thing about this site is it's variety of product.
You may find other sites that can offer lot's of product as well but What is different here is it's quality of product and their costumer service.
I don't want to talk about shipment because you should experience it. It's AMAZING. Just spend "few more dollars" to get track number and insurance, then after few days you will be surprised by your parcels delivery speed.
I was really tried to find some thing about this shop to criticize then my review can be in balanced mode, but honestly I couldn't find any.
Is there any thing about this shop that someone may doesn't like it?

"I wish I had seen the bad reviews before I let my daughter order from them. Ordered 2 bathing suits only received one they said both where shipped together and to take a pic of the box well it didn't come In A box it came in a taped up bag which I had no reason to keep , now we are almost out of time to get it before our trip. "Here is what hapend when I placed my order on rosegal. I order for more than 1 000$, and I paid the express shipping.
1. They frozed my transaction claiming that they needed a copy a my driving licence and my birth certificate, of course with every single detail about my credit card information, well, everything that someone need to steal my identity.
Then, when all that was done, half of what I wanted was unavailable.
-I received the items more than 6 weeks after I placed my order, They never send thought express shipping, they simply took the money, and put it in their pockets
3. 95% of the products I received was either: the wrong size, wrong items, or completly different from the picture( like not even close). Ohh and without talking about the 150$ I had to pay for import taxes.
4. After weeks, did accepted to refund my money if I send back the products( obviously I had to pay the shipping fee).
5. AND YOU KNOW WHAT! I SEND BACK THE ITEMS, AND THEY NEVER SEND ME THE MONEY BACK!!!!!
THEY SIMPLY CLOSED THE 'TICKET ID'.
We are going in court to solve this problem.
So the bottom line is...
DO NOT, EVER, ORDER FROM ROSEGAL!!!

MY RESPONSE June 17, 2015 - What are 122274403 and 122480203? If they are the shoes - one was scuffed on the white which I've partially managed to get off. The other I have NOT received. PLease note I AM NOT RETURNING due to the buyer choosing the wrong size/color or because they don't like the item (no product defects). I'M RETURNING DUE TO POOR CONSTRUCTION - scuffs, inferrior material, XL fitting like a SMALL. You haven't even told me where they get returned to. Will you even tell me before the 30day deadline? You were also VERY deceiving - FREE SHIPPING it said. There's was nothing about DUTY or OTHER COSTS on the purchase order before confirming. I believe your company is very deceiving with their products, returning process, returning location (it will cost me a fortune to return over seas. Your site had the APPEARANCE of being in the US. I want all my money returned, including the duty and taxes. $189 + $36 CANADIAN.
