"I think Rosegal is a good place to shop. Customers need to pay attention to the sizing (not everything will fit everyone), and the "priority shiiping" because those things seem to get delivered faster. Most negative statements made reguarding Rosegal, as I investigated, were unfortunately user error. Rosegal is great about including all sizing and measurments for clothes, and they are very informative as far as possible delivery times. If you take the time to look over and read the website, it gives you great information. I love Rosegal and will continue to shop with them"
"I ordered a shirt from them and finally after a month and a half I received it only to find that it is horribly made, seams are crooked causing the shirt to sit almost sideways when on, elastic in the back is bunched up and sewn that way, material is not cotton but in fact feels like canvas used for trampolines, and smells like a factory. I contacted their customer service twice and haven't heard back. This is the worst business I have ever purchased from online. I will NEVER buy from them again. Rip off and a waste of money."

"I have been shopping on Rose Gal now for several months, and have always had a great experience. Even when a few of the intimate apparel items were too small for me (I decided to try their 'free size' which turned out to be too small in the breast area for me), the customer service was helpful and satisfactory. The clothes I have bought have all been beautiful and better quality than I expected for the price, which is more than reasonable!
My only tip is to be sure you read the sizing measurements carefully as their clothes do fit small. I am usually a Small-Medium (in Canada) so order a Large and they fit great! Very happy with Rose Gal clothes and customer service!

I ordered items and did not like it because it was cheap material and none of it fit. I contacted the company and was advised if I paid for return shipping they would refund me my money. I returned all items in original packaging and received confirmation from Rosegal that they received my items and would process a refund. Yet when I contacted them about not receiving the refund they stopped responded to my messages. "
