"Worst customer service experience for online purchasing. I ordered three items and only received one. After speaking back and forth with a customer representative, they claimed that they would send me the missing items at a fee, even though I have already paid for the item in full. I am still waiting on the missing items, and it has been over 4 months. Have tried recently to get another response out of them but no luck. Don't bother ordering from this site, not worth your time or money.
Side note, the reply below is also a farce, given that they did not email me to rectify this issue. "
"I have ordered two items on March 3rd, and the status on the website is still "Processing". Nothing changed on its status until now, and it`s almost 10 business day since I placed the order.
I have not received any update on the ticket I opened on March 10 inquiring about the status, so I do not know what is going on with it and I am starting to think I`d better cancel it!"

"UPDATE:
After having RoseGal send me the wrong Jacket they ignored my message until I wrote a review on this site. Then I had a really helpful customer service person help me. They offered me a few options, to have me pay for shipping back to swap the jackets put, to get a full refund or for me to pay $10 more and keep the wrong one they send me and they'd send the proper one. I opted for the $10.
My parcel eventually arrived and it was the same wrong jacket again. I'd have laughed at how comical it was except I was so mad. I emailed them again and demanded a full refund and that if they wanted to have their jackets back they would pay the shipping because it was their fault twice.
They opted to give me back the full refund and have me keep both jackets as a gesture of good will (something they say is not policy) I received my full refund today.
I'm more than happy with this outcome, its only a shame I couldn't get my order properly in the first place.

Ordered a jacket and was sent the wrong one, the one I received was worth less and a completely different style. Sent photo proof to company and have been ignored for weeks. I wrote a bad review on the clothing items page and they didn't publish it, seems they only put the good reviews up. I'm honestly sick of waiting and am now stuck with a horrid jacket that wasn't what I paid for and ordered.
I honestly suggest you try shopping somewhere else, sizing is usually small, quality is questionable and their customer service is terrible. "

after a week of waiting, I received only ONE item. When I contacted the customer service, it took them around 7 days to reply me and they just told me that the item was out of stock.
That was fine. I asked for a full refund for the item and my shipping cost for this particular item since they charge me the cost for TWO items not only one.
But they just refused to refund the shipping cost as they said giving me back the full refund is already my compensation.
Why should a customer pay for something that the reseller cannot deliver??!!

I am not able to get a response from Rosegal as I submitted a ticket in regards to my items that haven't even shipped out yet.
