"Ordered an item on December 6th that showed in-stock. After many days, my order had not been processed so I created a ticket. Rosegal claimed the item was not in stock. Then a week later it suddenly showed as shipped, listing a FedEx tracking number. Five business days later, FedEx has still not received the item for shipping. Rosegal customer support only responds with generic reply messages. I ordered with plenty of time before Christmas, and now my wife will not receive her gift."

But after receiving my first order, I was quite impressed with the quality of the items. The dress was buttery soft and felt like it wasn't going to fall apart after just a few wearings. The bralett left a bit much to be desired, as it was described as having an underwire, but didn't have one at all, so was more an aesthetic piece than a supportive piece. Which in the end is fine, because I bought it to go with the dress, as it dipped a bit low in the front and I wanted something as a modest barrier of sorts. "Ordered item from Rosegal on Nov 29. Received email from them stating payment received and item shipped on Nov 30. However, tracking told the story. No recognition of my order and no way to track my item, only message stating shipments were delayed due to high volume. This sends a huge red flag that they cannot be trusted. Cancelled my order."
