All the items I looked at had accurate measurements listed in their sizing guide, which helps a ton. It's great to have that feature so I know exactly what I will be getting and if it will be fitting me as I am a plus sized girl. The website is easy to navigate and earning points to use on coupons or as cash is fun. On both orders I also paid for expedited shipping. It wasn't expensive and I got both orders within 4-5 days after being shipping out. This is also a plus for me. The items I did receive are very lovely. "When I first heard about Rosegal I was a little worried, but I read great things.
My husband helped me pick a few items as a gift for me, and due to the order size, we thankfully had free expedited shipping with tracking.
One of my items had a tear, and customer service was kind enough to send a free replacement. They are very quick to respond, and you can really tell that they want their customers to be happy with their purchase.
While these aren't the fanciest clothes ever, you really do have to consider they are amazing at their price, and help you freshen up your wardrobe.
I will be happy to use this company in the future, and am glad other customers provide helpful reviews with photos.
