"I was amazed when I first found this website with all of the amazing deals. I was honestly I little sketched out, thinking that the quality couldn't possibly be good with such low prices, however, I decided to order a sweater that I thought was cute anyway to see and I was pleasantly surprised. "I have been a customer of Rosegal for years. They have wonderful clothes for women and excellent prices. When there are queries or situations that require Rosegal's support site, I have been met with very polite and understanding emails. Approximately 2 months ago, I purchased 2 sweaters to be sent. As of this day (Jan 15/18) I have not received the item. After contacting my local Post Office and finding nothing was there for me, I contacted Rosegal Support asking for a refund. The response was almost immediate. They suggested a few things that were available to me, including a refund. I was give the refund very quickly.
