"I've had good experiences with Rosewholesale.com. I've place multiple orders with them over the past 6 months. Being aware that they are based in China, I figured the majority of the items that I ordered would also be sent from China. That being said, I knew it would take a while to get here. I was also aware that each item was coming from a different provider or manufacture. So the chances of my order being split up was good. Sizing is always an issue when ordering on line. Every country seems to have a different sizing scheme for clothing, so I've made it a point to check the sizing chart for every item I am interested in ordering, because who know where it is really coming from and what their sizes are compared to my body. I've done okay with sizing, no different then any other company I've ordered online from. It takes a while to figure out how you are going to fit. The quality of the workmanship hasn't been much of a concern. Everything that I have received has been professionally made and the quality has been much higher then expected. I have received one item that arrived squished, and several items that size wise just were not going to fit. I was able to easily get a hold customer service via the internet. They have always responded within 24 hours with an apology and an attempt to resolve my conflict. I have never been asked to mail something back to them, but have been asked asked to send pictures of the items. Gladly I have squeezed into the item (when possible) and sent my meager attempt at modeling. Rosewholesale has always made good on their warranty. Because of their commitment to keeping me happy, I find that I happily continue to shop with them."
"I ordered almost $40 worth of necklaces last Oct. 2015 and only received 2 from the order 7 of them did not arrive. I sent several messages re: my order but have had no follow up or explanation about my order or refund. They stole my money. Their shipping information has not updated over the past year and one of necklaces I ordered is no longer available. What kind of company is this. "So far I've received one order from them of three items. The first two items shipped real fast and I received it quickly. I liked the shirts a lot. The second item took about a month to get here and, though it's a beautiful shirt, it fits horribly small to size. I'm trying to return it but the stupid site won't let me contact the company. Every time I click why I need to contact them, they sign me out and take me back to the "Need to Sign In" page. I can't contact them for nothing! I also had placed a second order, one shirt was shipped out fast--though I still haven't received it and it's been a while--the other two items still haven't shipped. Also, I think their shipping prices are outrageous. Overall, if there site was better and their shipping time improved, they'd be a great company. "

"I wear shirt size XXL. I ordered that size shirt SKU# 195008801 on order # HH1609171435113433. The shirt came yesterday 10/11/16. The shirt was marked XXL however it was so small I could not even begin to put it on. I have tried to contact customer service at 1-***-***-**** with no luck. Know one answers the phone and a recording says leave a message. I did! Nothing yet! Poor service, extra poor quality."
"I ordered a dress on 21/09 and paid for priority shipping which states 5-10 working days and it has now been 15 working days and still not delivered. I needed this for this weekend so I will be very disappointed if I do not receive this in the next two days. If it is going to take longer I would at least like to be notified. I tried to speak to their live chat but no response. I am yet to see if this is just a scam or not will wait another two days then I will make up my mind.

I have still not received item today but I have had a response from Rosewholesale and I am pleased with their effort. They offered a refund for my order.
I am however disappointed as I was hoping to wear this on the weekend and the item says it will be shipped in 3 days and it was not, then it says 5-10 working days delivery this should total 13 working days at most (i like to give a little extra time as things don't always go to plan) but it has been 16 days already and I don't even think it is in Australia yet. I feel like the info is misleading maybe consider changing the times that are listed.
I may look at ordering again from rosewholesale but maybe will give myself extra time to receive items in the future.

"I was skeptical at first to truthfully be honest, after reading tons of reviews, however I tend to go with my own mind, so I gave #Rosewholesale a try, and I'm glad I did. Being on close budget and providing for myself I was determined to find a shopping mall online that had quality items of all sorts that were less expensive to fit my not extreme budget.
My first order I was so pleased Iv'e ordered several times again since then. There jewelry department is fantastic with unbelievable low costs. Really nice. However I must say use the table charts when purchasing clothing, and my suggestion If you are a small order a medium and if you are a large order X- Large and so forth. The same with shoes.
There are several complaints about shipping. Let me be the first to say yes shipping may take a while depending on which shipping method you choose. Rosewholesale provides several different ways to get your item to you. However normal shipping is 7-10 business days and tracking is provided, which is a plus right?
