The quality in general is good, little cheap some times specially in jewelry, but mostly the expected for the price you pay.
The only problem I see is in the shipping: they send you first a package with the products that have in stock at the momento of purchase (you get them in 1 or 2 weeks) but leave some items pending to be shipped latter as soon as they get them back in stock. If those items go by any shipping company such as Hong Kong, China or Zweden post, it takes around 5 months to 6 to get those last items (to Mexico). So if you are in a hurry to get them you better send a note an pay for it. Some times they forget to tell you when some producto will not be in stock, so you have to be en communication constantly and ask if something is getting too slow.
The service is excellent, they all ways give you an answer for your messages and try the best to satisfy the client. If something will not be in stock, they will refund your money or you can replace it for another product.
It takes some time but there will all ways give you what you pay for.

I understand it's your job to make this retailer look good, but I can't stand for if. You say "our team has resolved it for you in the ticket"... since resellerratings is about the clients, I'll share a series of excerpts from said ticket:
Answer 1. "It has arrived at post office, please contact your local post office. "
Answer 2. "We are sorry that if your order can be delivered to your shipping address that you want depends on your local post office."
Answer 3. "We are sorry that the order has arriver at your local post office.
In this case, we did ship the package at the right address if you do not pick it there then it lost, for this issue there is no compensation.
Please contact your local post office to pick the package up there as soon as possible."

So, as you can see, it wasn't until AFTER I posted my review here for other potential clients to see that my issue was addressed in something more than an "it's your problem, you deal with it" attitude. I was offered a full refund, which was fair, and it's already in my paypal account about to go into my credit card balance.
That's what rosewholesale.com should've done from the start.

For nearly $20 paid in shipping, plus extra money for tracking, you'd think your package would arrive in time and without issue, right?
Wrong.
Be prepared to have your packages lost in the mail or worse. These people don't do doorstep shipping, and you're supposed to pick up your package at some post office they don't even have the decency to give an address to.
The customer service representatives are of absolutely no help on this matter, either. All fake apologies and a very "that's YOUR problem" attitude.
Don't give your money to this retailer."

"I have ordered about 5 items from rosewholesale.com. All of which I am very pleased with apart from one. I ordered a beautiful white dress with big red roses imprinted on it.
Although I was having trouble working out how to use their sizing chart I went ahead and ordered a L size to be safe as in Australian sizes I am 14 to 16. I was so excited about getting this dress as i love roses.
My elation was squash when the package arrived and I found that the dress was too small. Because it didn't come in a bigger size i gave it to a family member. I proceeded to send in a review to the company and almost immediately received a response asking for further details about my problem with the dress.
In the end rosewholesale.com refunded my cost into my wallet on their site and also gave me extra reward points. This was option 1 that was offered to me. They also offered me another option of depositing a refund back into my bank account. So now I have money to spend on a new dress and I cant wait to use it. The companies quick response to my complaint and no delays in sorting things out to my liking, is far more than anyone could expect.
This is what i call above and beyond the call of duty as they did everything they could to make me happy even though I couldn't send the dress back.
I am ready to shop again at rosewholesale.com today and can't wait for yet another product to be delivered which is usually between 10 to 12 working days. I am very happy to be able to share my experiences with whomever takes the time to read them. "
