I waited my second parcel which I could not trace so I contacted the customer support. They were very helpful refunded me the money after investigations were done. "I found this site through a friend of mine, and when I bought some clothes off the site to test their quality, I was very pleasantly surprised! I am a somewhat heavyset person, so I was very pleased to find they have really nice products for larger sizes (as well as an extremely helpful sizing chart), and it's all very nice quality materials. Everything has come well packaged, and when I need help I get prompt, helpful and polite responses. Also I love how they have a little rewards system. They have a wide variety of styles, and as a clothes fan I love looking at their dresses in particular, which I really like the prices on as well. "Its a very reliable seller. their goods and products were very nice although I had to pay for shipping which was their only downfall. when they didn't have some items ready for me they sent me some so I didn't have to wait then sent me the rest of the order when it was ready. they sent me a tracking number which actually worked.
on my second order they sent me my products and it actually came to my apartment but I must not have seen the missed post leaflet but they still gave me my money back even though its my fault.
they have the best reliable customer service. they reply to you within 24 hours and actually give you good answers and are very polite.
