Multiple parts salespeople were walking around and chatting to themselves. I had to say something to get assistance. After getting the quotes for the parts, they referred me to just order online. Not helpful, but I ordered the parts and later went back into the dealership to pick up. Upon coming in, I was met with the same lackluster experience. No one was paying attention and everyone was looking at their computer screens. Zero since of urgency at all. Go take your business somewhere else.
