"I went to put one of the earings in and realized they are far to large for a normal pierced ear. The hole would have to be stretched over time to accomodate a guage of this size. I was shocked."
"This sounds hilarious, but it really is true. I purchased a necklace from them, which is nice, however the fabric pouch that it came in is damaged. It has a broken snap. Since the necklace is a gift, I wanted an undamaged pouch for it. I emailed Ross-Simons asap to ask for a new pouch and they refused. It probably would cost them a few cents, plus $1.00 shipping. It is not only absurd, but terrible customer service. I will never order from them again. Imagine if it was the jewelry that was damaged? To know that they wouldn't send a new one is frightening.
