"we purchased a sofa on 08/19/10, after 2 calls the store attempted to deliver it on 09/08/10, I was told the sofa did not fit in the elevator, I called our sales person and I e-mailed to the store on their website, the sofa length according to their website was 87 inches, the elevator height was 90 inches. The maintainance supervisor said they never had this problem with any furniture store. I never received any response from the store about why it happened. This is unacceptable customer service. We paid full amount on the time of purchase including delivery charges. I would not recommend anyone to buy there."
