"I have placed two orders with them. Harley Quinn and Joker.
I first ordered the Joker controller back in December 31, 2015. They received my order and said it might be a little longer than normal, seeing as it was the holiday season. Fair enough. It is now August 17, 2016. Their website says 30 days from when the order is received.
In between that time, I ordered a Harley Quinn Controller. This was ordered and received in the 8 months of waiting. The difference being that I sent in my controller to make this one.
Communication started out great. They said I would receive both controllers at the same time. I have not. Every month I re-email for updates and I would get a response until May of 2016.
I have now said I want my controller or my money and nothing."
"I ordered a PS4 Joker controller for my husband so he could have it when he came home from being deployed. He was home for a full month before he had to go back and the controller didn't arrive. "Okay, custom orders take time." That's what I told myself.
When the controller arrived (poorly packaged) I noticed immediately that it was missing a Batman signal decal that's supposed to go over the light bar on the front of the controller. I paid $5 for that sticker, it better be there. So at this point, I'm slightly annoyed, but decided to take it home and make sure it functioned properly.
NO, it didnt It felt like a spring or something was broken in the left trigger button, so that every time you press it, it had to manually be brought back to it starting point. (As in I had to pull it with my fingertips to put it back at the position it was supposed to be at.)
Now this controller wasn't cheap. I contacted them multiple times via e-mail and over the phone to no avail. Eventually they sent me an email saying that they would send me a sticker for the decal in the mail. Surprise: The decal never came.
So now I have a broken controller that isn't even playable and without a decal that I paid an inflated price for. So NOW I have to go spend MORE money to get the thing fixed.
I just wanted to get my husband something nice and it turned into a nightmare.

"I ordered the Midas Touch Gold controller March 17 and I did not receive the controller until May 4. And when it came it looked good, clean paintjob, but the lightbar decal was wrong! and The CONTROLLER DID NOT WORK AT ALL!!"
