Warranty? YEAH RIGHT!!!!

"Spent over $3,000 for very light colored rolled rubber in our exercise room. We spent extra to get a very clean, crisp and unique look to our floor. We had a local flooring contractor install floor professionally. We purchased ALL recommended adhesive products ALL recommended floor sealing products. (For a premium price of course...) Flooring contractor loose laid everything (As they have to in order to get the cuts right before adhering) and everything looked great. After the flooring was installed, there was a discoloration along one side of the roll which couldn't be seen until the floor was fully installed. Therefore, there is about a one foot stripe every 4' feet in my entire floor. After over a month of trying to get a hold of someone, they said that although they admit there was a manufacturer defect in the floor, they don't consider it a manufacturer defect any longer because the floor was already installed. They mentioned that even if I had the floor pulled up, it's too late to return it! They said the floor was now "outside of the warranty criteria". Can't think of ONE other company that doesn't stand behind a faulty product. I guess this is one of the exceptions.

Now I have to spend $2,000 to have the floor removed, $1,500 to have the floor re-surfaced to cover the adhesive residue and then I have to re-purchase the rolled flooring for $3,000 from a different company and then I have to pay someone $2,500 to re-install the new floor. So, I already spent $5,500 to have the floor installed. And now I have to spend an additional $9,000 to have the faulty product removed and have the floor installed. And guess what, it's all out of MY pocket because they will not warranty a product THAT THEY ADMITTED HAD A MANUFACTURER DEFECT!

Order at your own risk and HOPE for quality!

And pretend like there's no warranty. Because there isn't one. Trust me!

do not warranty their products!

"We have been installing all flooring (Marmo, wood, tile, stone, carpet, vinyl...and rubber) since 1994. You can see some of our work on our Google page for Rubber flooring fitness centers. So when we make a purchase and confirm the manufacturers installation guidelines we follow those guidelines to the letter. The rubber flooring, in this case, had begun to shrink and curl. Our moisture test was all clear prior to installation, and further testing after the shrinkage showed all clear. Because Rubberfloor could not argue with this, they took a picture of a few sentences from some random "manual" from somewhere and claimed that THIS was their installation guideline...not the guidelines actually located on their website, which directly references this specific product. They will not even provide a link to veiw the entire document wherein these random few sentences they have put forth could be found, in context. ...likely because its from another product guide, not the rubber rolls guides, or on another website for a different product. I did screen shot those guides and they are dated, so if they were to remove those guides, or modify them to fit their position, today, I could easily provide those guides with the dates on the screenshots. I cant stress enough…buyers BEWARE. This was an elderly couple who just took the “screws” from rubberflooringinc. Fixed income, no extras. They just needed a flooring for their grandchildren to play on and not get hurt when they fall down. I do hope rubberflooring can justify their greed and sleep at night. But, for those who CAN afford it, there are other places to buy your rubber flooring. Go there, instead.
PS. This job was delayed 3 times because rubberflooringinc took months with multiple date changes to deliver.

Fraudulent Business

"Do not order from this business, it is fraudulent. If you don't believe me, try calling any of they're numbers or live chat. Or email. The only thing they will do is take your credit card information and your money. "

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE

"This company did not ship on time, therefore we did not receive it in time for the trade show we had ordered it for. The customer service was awful (when you could get through). I got cut off several times whilst on hold. I am now in the process of cancelling the order. If I could have given them a 0 star rating I would so 1 star it is"

Awful Customer Service

"I ordered my first floor back at the end of July and was told it would arrive in 3-5 business days. I was like great, it will arrive before my intensive starts, Lies! The flooring finally came 3 weeks later. Also during those 3 weeks no one could tell me anything! All anyone could do is transfer me from place to place and on top of it everyone is RUDE! The employees make you feel as if they are doing you a favor by doing their job.

Now I am ordering a floor for another room that is almost 1000 square feet smaller and the floor is more! Yes, it is the same exact floor. How the heck does that make any sense??? I get price increases but a 40-50 percent increase?? Come on!

Also, Marcel Terrazes is very rude and an awful representative for this company. If he was talking to my customers I would not have any.

Needless to say we are done with this company and hope that many other people are as well.

Cheap products with no warranty/support!

"This company sells products at full retail prices and then provides NO support when their product fails. We ordered 3/4 inch rubber impact tiles ($1,000) that have started to separate only 8 months into being used. One agent tells me there is a 5 year warranty... the warranty department tells me there is NO warranty... Be careful what you buy from them!!"

Customer Service is lacking

"What started off as a great experience ended quite sour. When I came home I was met by my contractor informing us that each roll came in 2ft short, missing a total of 6ft of material. The contractor did not take a photo of this, which means this company will not refund us the cost of the missing 6ft of materail. I worked with Doris Brummer in Customer Service, and have tried reaching out to Sean Conyette (Department Head Sales & Customer Service ***-***-**** ext 5003) who will not take my call. Because of their lack of faith in the good people that support them, I will not longer be a customer of theirs."

Does not get clean!

"The "Designer" flooring does not get clean. I now have a permanent, shabby brown/grey traffic stain down the middle of my new floor. Customer service was no help once they finally responded to my calls. I sent pics and they denied there was any problem. THEN, they sent me to a company called, Ecore, who actually manufactures the flooring. Ecore kindly sent me a better cleaner but the traffic stain is still there. Rubber Flooring Inc is simply a reseller and has no interest in guaranteeing their products! Lost my money and have to start over."

Poor Service

"My experience with this company has been nothing but stressful. Looks like it is run by amateurs who have poor knowledge of their product and even worse customer service skills. I placed an order for three custom size vinyl rolls for my car garage which arrived a week late and badly damaged. Seems like they hired the cheapest freight service (see attached pictures). They finally agreed to send replacement. A week goes by, and I did not get a tracking number. So I called them only to find out they did not have my item in stock. Had I not called, nobody would have bothered to let me know. Then they try to sell me a different roll for a higher price. I was so disgusted by now that I simply cancelled my order. They wasted a month of my time and all they care about is how can they milk the customer. Never doing business with them again."

Absolutely Terrible!

"This company used to be awesome but they have gone downhill. I spent $2,140.19 on rubber rolls for my new home gym and they arrived in 6 rolls on a pallet attached with metal straps. From the outside everything looked great. It took me awhile to find a tool to remove the metal straps but when I did I immediately saw that there was a damaged roll hidden on the inside...obviously on purpose as it looked like a forklift drove right into the side of it. In the fine print you receive when you place an order "If damage is found after delivery; i.e. manufacturer defect or hidden damage not readily apparent when removed from the truck, it MUST be reported to us immediately by contacting us at 1-***-***-**** in order to qualify for replacement.". I did this about 30min after delivery. It took forever to get ahold of someone for help. This delivery was dropped off on August 4th and now it's August 31st with no resolve. I called back time after time and the company finally just said that they will replace it if I help them out with shipping. They actually said that. They want an additional $368 for shipping to replace a roll that was obviously damaged and hidden as a result. Terrible, terrible customer service and business practice. Very disappointed."

"This company is a scam, I received a box late and it was also damaged, I tried to return it but they don't want to respect the 30 days money back warranty, THE 30 DAYS MONEY BACK WARRANTY IS A LIE! and THE FLOORING THEY SELL IS IN BAD CONDITIONS!"

Bad customer support, bad eCommerce website

"Ordered 4 rubber rolls for the 4th of July sale, a week later I got an email saying they can only sell me 2.5 rolls. I called in early in the morning to get this sorted out — the fair thing to me sounds like switching out 2 of my rolls at no extra charge. I don't even care what colors you send me.

I waited on the phone for 60 minutes and with no resolution and ultimately a full refund.

First off, why sell me 80' when you only have 50'. Secondly, how are you telling me this a whole week later. And lastly, why is there no effort in trying to make this right.

Customer support tells me they can't switch out my products. Can't help me with the price of the new rolls. Can't transfer me to someone who can help

I've lost time at work and overall I'm very frustrated. Bad customer support, bad eCommerce website. Don't recommend their services.
