"If you are suddenly forced to create a home gym but your basement floor is concrete, I really recommend these tiles. Now that I know what a burpee is, these mat tiles make the jumping, landing, and various other motions so much easier on my joints. Also, they have zero order that you might have with rubber mats. "

"I purchased a 1940's fixer upper home and needed a basement floor shower covered so it would look better and not be as cold on the feet-the flooring I ordered was perfect! I could use the amount needed to fill the shower floor, not add a lot to the height (low basement ceilings) it does not hurt your feet to stand on it, warmer than a concrete floor, it looks amazing and is easy to clean.
