I opted for that and got a call back but there was dead air and they hung up. I then called back again and left a voicemail with my phone number and no one called me back. I felt I had to do more work to get a quote by having to call them multiple times until I finally gave up and used the chat function. "
"talked to ethan last thursday who provided me with a vip discount because of all the difficulties in relation to trying to get a hold of someone in regards to replacing a roll of the half inch rubber which i purchased approx a year ago... It had a tear which i was just going to assume was from the installer and was hoping to get the same discount i got last year... I wanted to talk to Lee who i purchased it from but he never returned any of my calls following multiple attempts... So then i was getting frustrated and inquired about the warranty. There is a five year warranty so after calling back again being put on a hold for another 15 mns i talked to a women who says yes there is a 5 year warranty but no one knows what the warranty covers Now i am beyond frustrated the day is almost gone and i have not handled this yet. So, now warranty transfers me back to sales where i talk to Ethan who is very apologetic and offers me a extra 2 percent off for a total of 32 percent off. i guess its called vip discount. We discuss the installer will be here that weekend and i wanted to make sure he didnt damage the adjacent roll ripping that one up. He says no problem i will send it to your email and just order it after he rips it up and if another roll is needed call me directly and he gave me his extension.. Well unfortunately i needed another roll called Ethans extension and a women answers and said he transferred to another department. She pulls up my invoice number and adds the additional roll. I ask her did i get the same discount she says you got the 30 percent. I said i was given 32 percent by Ethan she said well it allow me to do that and 30 percent is all we can do now. The 32 percent was only for that day. I stated i was never told that and she basically said do you understand 30 percent is what we can give you now. Not let me check with supervisor or let me look into it. Nothing just that was one time only and 30 is what i can give you. I know it was only 2 percent more but it was the principle and the way i was treated...I will be sure to use another company for my next gym build.."
