"Website can be a little finicky, the "savings" is definitely gimmicky as it looks like everything is on sale all the time so I'm not really "saving" any money just because you skyrocket your "regular" price. Not to mention, once I place the item in my cart it's one price, then you add shipping and it jumps way up, then I go to check out and it increases it again for tax; it definitely makes me think twice about purchasing and somewhat makes me think the company is just trying to gouge me every way they can at the last minute. I'd rather pay higher set prices and have free shipping then all this flip-flopping of the pricing.
I've ordered from this company in the past from the account I created on their website but it looks like none of the information is stored so I can't access my past orders. I also signed in on my account, had the items in my cart, decided to switch to another computer and signed into my account but the items had disappeared from my account.
I had called customer service a couple of days prior to get an idea of when the flooring would be shipped out and the woman, who was friendly, said she'd look into it and email me after I provided my email. I still haven't heard back, so I just ordered the flooring because I need it ASAP and I just said screw it.
The only reason I'm ordering from this company is because I ordered from them in the past and the product was solid. "
