"Our rug arrived the day after we ordered it - which was great. We're happy with the overall quality of the rug - however it's an ivory coloured rug, and unfortunately it arrived with a small stain (a black-ish mark). It seems like a lot of hassle to contact the company and package it up to ship it back for a 4-inch stain, so we're living with it. Hopefully we'll always be able to keep the spot covered with a piece of furniture. If the rug had arrived unblemished (which was my expectation) then it would have been a five-star review."
