"The rugs arrived very quickly and were well packaged--no damage. I was pleased that the colors were what I expected and the rugs are very soft underfoot. They are not truly flat yet but should continue to flatten as I walk on them. The striped borders are a bit wonky but perhaps that is due to the folding and rolling. I hope the woven lines straighten quickly. There was one area where the surface had longer bits of yarn but these could be trimmed easily. Here's to years of long service. BTW, they look great in my space! I wish there had been instructions for unpacking and eliminating puffiness and curls before you tackled opening the rolls. Also, I think there should have been some instructions for repacking should the rugs have not worked in the space they were intended for. I was worried about a return! Looks like I won' t need to return them!

"The rug looks the same as the picture. It's on the thin side, but that's what we wanted for our living room since it is a high traffic area. It came folded, so there are creases, however, we've experienced that when buying rugs online before. They will eventually smooth out. "
