When dealing with this process, Rugs.com uses FedEx ground and the shipment can be delivered anytime between 6-17 days (according to FedEx). In my case, the rug that I purchased was delivered within 6 business days but only after I called Rugs.com customer services and spoke with a supervisor. Unfortunately, I don't have the luxury of waiting at this particular location for the final destination for that amount of time. But in this case, it just happened to work out. Give more options/control of deliveries to the customer. "
