"I initially ordered a rug back on Dec 30th. I recieved an immediately confirmation number, but never recieved my rug. Then 5 days later I called to see when it would be arriving, and the customer service told me that it was never shipped because of an invalid credit card number. I stressed that i was never notified that it was an invalid number and he acted like he could literally careless and talked and laughed to someone in the background when on the phone with me. Then I asked to speak to a supervisor, and he said I will forward you to her voicemail, but you probably won’t recieve a call back. When I asked why, he said she was going to be busy. “very busy”, then abruptly sent me to her voicemail. This is my first time ordering from RugsUSA by a recommendation from my friend, and already it was a terrible first time experience and I still haven’t recieved a call back from the supervisor , or recieved the new rug I ordered."
"Sent me the wrong rug, and then told me i had to pay for shipping and drop off this massive rug at FedEx or in order to receive the correct rug. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told they would call me back in 1 hour. 2 hours later I have not received a call back, I would never order from this company again."

"I am going back to a rug I bought from RugsUSA five years ago. It got damaged and I had to get rid of it last year. The next rug I bought from RugsUSA was not nearly the same quality, even though the price was the same as the first rug. Now I am again buying the rug I had before and I hope it will be the same quality again, but the price is more than 3 times what I paid for it in 2019. Inflation, I guess."

"I ordered a rug and next day my order was canceled cause item was not on stock. I then saw some days after that the rug was available again and ordered again. Same thing, oder cancelled once more. Customer service just advised that website info is not real time and I have no other possibility than ordering again. If item is sold out, order will be cancelled. I have looked into this and I see that there was 1 piece left in stock, but when our warehouse team went to prepare the order for shipment, the rug was damaged and not suitable for sale. The order was cancelled and the our website automatically updated the item as available again. We have since updated the website to reflect that the item is out of stock.
