WARNING; YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET A REFUND BY ANY MEANS. THERE IS ALSO NO CUSTOMER SERVICE...JUST TRY THEIR LINE, NO ANSWER AT ANY TIME. We ordered a rug that would not fit. So we contacted the company several times to no avail. Only after flooding the automated system with complaints did we hear back. When we returned our rug no refund was given. You would be advised to do your business with just about any one else."

"So dissappointed. The rug I received was the same style as what I ordered but the wrong color. I sent them pictures to prove my point and was told I could not get an exchange because I recieved the last one. They claimed there was no way it was wrong that I would have to return it and they would have to look at it to verify. Well I sent it back and they wouldn't acknowledge that it was wrong. They kept insisting that because the hand written tag says it was the rug I ordered then that was it, even though it was obviously inventoried wrong and the colors were wrong. They still charged me shipping fees and customer service never contacted me, I always had to call them up. Will never order from their site again. "
"I had an issue with the rug I purchased at Rugs HQ. The issue (manufacturer defect) was no fault of theirs but they went out of their way to make the issue right by me. Excellent customer service! I will definitely go to them first next time I am in need of a new rug! Thank you RugsHQ."
"Terrible customer service! They do not respond to emails, to phone calls and have not refunded over $600 on a returned rug. I am disgusted with this company. They do not tell you if something is on backorder and then when the rug is delivered two months later, the colors look nothing like the picture on display!. Now 3 months later I'm still trying to get my money back after they confirmed that they have the return and keep promising the refund."

Apparently, this company cannot get emails through to an Earthlink.net address, and they are slow to respond to phone messages, so I received no communication for three days re: my return request. I finally sent a complaint from another (not Earthlink) email address and did receive a prompt response to this, call from the manager, and credit for my return. So, all resolved in the end."
"Unbelievably dissatisfied! I ordered a rug on June 10th (which ended up not matching my colors, I understand this happens with online purchases) and have been emailing and calling for 2+ weeks to return the rug. I haven't received a response via email or phone. I ordered it understanding that I might have to return it due to colors but never thought the return process would be so difficult. Please, if you aren't 100% positive you will keep the rug you order from rugshq.com, order it from another website!! Save yourself the hassle!!"
"I think if your rug is in stock you are all set. I ordered online and got the best price around on my rug- at least $75 less than other online retailers and MUCH less than Macys.
I ordered on a Sunday and the rug arrived via UPS on a Friday. Five business days for free shipping is great! They use UPS tracking with signature required. This was a GREAT experience and was very pleased. I would definitely use them again!"
"What a great experience it was doing business with such a reliable business. My rug order was first placed on back order, but because of that, RugsHQ.com gave me a credit of $25 toward my order or the option of waiting 8 weeks. I chose to wait and received by order only 6 weeks later. It was well worth the wait...my rug is beautiful. I will certainly order my next rug from them as well. "I ordered a rug back in January and they told me it was on backorder for six weeks. They said they would give me $25 off if I wanted to wait. They charged my card for the full amount right away even though the rug was on backorder. Six weeks have passed and no rug. I've emailed and called and no response. Decided to check for reviews to see if I should be worried. Wish I could get a response. Follow up - Did finally get a response. Thank you. Hopefully, the rug will be coming soon."
