"It has only taken me two purchases to make me a Rukkus fan. I know I can get a good deal on tickets and the website is really easy to use. For my most recent purchase I had a bit of a shipping incident - I put the wrong address - andthey really went out of their way to make sure I got my tickets in plenty of time for the event. "I spoke to company representative, Edith, on the phone prior to placing order. I inquired about fees and surcharges over and above ticket price. All she mentioned was a $15 fee for FEDEX shipping. There was no order summary before I placed the order, so I was shocked when the order for 3 tickets at $53 apiece came to $232!. In addition to the $15 FEDEX fee, there was $58 for taxes and handling. I spoke to the manager, Dillan, indicating the deception and he said there was nothing he could do. BEWARE of this company and it's fraudulent, deceptive practices. They also have a no refund, no cancellation policy which was not made clear in the ordering process."
"Rukkus had tickets that weren't available on other better known websites and at lower prices. The purchasing process was easy and I received my tickets via email very quickly.
I had a slight hiccup with my order and had to contact customer support twice. I was pleasantly surprised by both interactions. My issues were quickly resolved without any hassle.

"I purchased a red wings ticket at 3:00am ish on Jan 2nd. Took a greyhound from Toronto to Buffalo at 6:00 am. Got to Buffalo at 9:30am. Received an email from rukkus saying my ticket was no longer available, and to call them for further action and alternate tickets. I was concerned the issue would not be resolved before the game, which started at 1:00pm. As I sat in the greyhound terminal, I called the number provided in the email, and left a message explaining the situation. I also sent an email right after. Ten minutes later, someone called back and offered two tickets- on in the same section a row or two back, another in the section beside, four rows behind the goalie. He also mentioned there was no change in price! I gladly took the the fourth row tickets. Not only was my issue resolved quickly and with great results, someone called me five minutes after that call saying they read my email. I had to explain someone had already called me to resolve the matter.

"After becoming frustrated with the crazy fees added during checkout with StubHub, I decided to shop around for Redskins tickets. Luckily, I found Rukkus. Not only were the tickets cheaper, but the fees were also less than any other site I had checked. After purchasing my tickets, I received a voicemail from a representative from Rukkus telling me that the tickets I ordered were in a standing room only section of the stadium, but had not been advertised as so. Not to worry! He upgraded my tickets for no additional charge to seats in the same section. It was so refreshing to receive this kind of service from an online company and to talk to a person on the phone, not an automated recording. The tickets arrived electronically in my email and the seats were great! I also paid about half of what I would have paid on StubHub. I will definitely be using this service again."

"Thanks for saving the day. We didn't have tickets to the game so we thought we would just pick some up at the box office that night. The cheapest NOSEBLEED they had were single seats no where near each other for $115 each. I only paid $45 + fees for these seats and was able to go across the street to the hotel business center and print them off for $2. "So! This is going to be a lengthy review. I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with tickets to a Patriots game. I searched online for tickets, comparing prices for quite a while and Rukkus had the best one so I (obviously) decided to go with them. I ordered the ticket on a Friday and the game was on a Monday so I e-mailed them double checking that I would get the tickets in time. Within 5 minutes someone responded and ensured me that the tickets would be there in time. I responded back thanking them for their prompt response and relayed that it was nice to have a person e-mail me instead of a robot for once. I then said I would give them a great review and use them more frequently because they were so professional and kind. They then e-mail back thanking me for thanking them, told me I was an awesome girlfriend and to enjoy the game. (Super nice, right?) Well, THEY GET NICER. Then a few hours later, a manager or some awesome person from Rukkus e-mails me and says, "We really appreciate your feedback and we love having kind customers. We will be taking 10% off of your entire order. Thank you on behalf of the Rukkus team."
And they did. I had a refund in my account a few days later. Also keep in mind, this is a Patriots game and I got pretty good seats (I dropped $500 bucks.) That's a good amount of money for just being nice and sending an e-mail.
The next morning, (Saturday) the tickets were on my front steps.
Honestly, don't have enough good things to say about this app. Best prices, customer service was 10/10, quick delivery....and they clearly have a really nice staff there, which for me, makes a huge difference.
I will definitely be using Rukkus again and would highly recommend you do too.
