"This is a great store run by a great guy. I recently placed an order for 2 fuel belts and some extra pouches. When they arrived 2 days later my wife thought she was doing me a favor by unwrapping everything and cutting off all the tags. Well, part of the order was wrong, which happens. I tried to make the wrong item work (they sent me the zippered pouch instead of the velcro and I just could not get the zipper to work without coming to a stop and using both hands) but it just wasn't right for me. Not having any of the packaging I sent Robert an email just to let him know about the error and hoping he might give me a discount or credit toward a future order for my troubles. Well, he replied less than an hour later apologizing for the error and said he was sending the correct items along with a postage-paid envelope for the zipper pouches. This is a level of service that is so rare these days I didn't even think this would be a possible outcome.

I will definitely be giving them all my business and referring as many as I can. They have competitive prices (often lower than Amazon.com), super fast shipping and fantastic customer service."
