They stated it would not be available until 9/2. they promptly shipped it on 9/3 (9/2 was a holiday) I was kept informed throughout the entire process via E-Mail. "I ordered a P4 2.0ghz CPU on August 20th... and 8 days later I call them and it still hadn't shipped, even though their website said it was in stock and shipped in 1-2 days.

"What an incompetant bunch, I ordered a pair of samsung pc800 rdram sticks from these people on 5/23/02 at 1am. I get the recepit on 5/23/02 at 3am, everything going fine so far. Website claims memory ships 1-2 days, so i ordered to have it 2 day air . item should have shipped on 5/24/02 the 2nd business day. i called the company to make sure spoke to some guy who had to escelate me to the suprvisor for some reason, asked when my item would ship was advised wensday of next week, i was WTF? He stated you ordered it thursday morning, so that means today is our first business day and then the holiday. I had to point out to the suprvisor that thursday morning means they had all business day on thursday to process the order. He put me on hold to check on something, and came back and tried to sell me some kingston or nec ram instead. obviously they don't carry the samsung in stock or it would have been able to ship out same day as promissed. canclled order immidetatly on the phone, then got a stuipd e-mail stating sorry we've alraedy charged your card but we didn't take the money so it shouldn't show up. I'd think twice about ordering from these clowns if your in a hurry. sure if you want them to sit on the order for a week thats fine. nothing like talking to supervisors that the only thing they can do is lose customers.
!Follow Up! - Just i suspected my credit card was charged, had to call and complain spoke with a man name chris, appologized stating that should not have happened, and stated would credit account. two business days later still waiting for credit. nothing like paying intrest charges because of another companies mistake."
"This is my first and last order from Runtime. Ordered a TEAC CDRW drive on 4/15/02. Web site said 10 in stock. Credit card charged on 4/15. No method to check order status, so I waited. Received email on 4/24/02 saying problem with order. Called and Doug said TEAC discontinued the 24/10/40 cdrw. I cancelled order. Took them 9 days to let me beta test their inventory system. No cigar!"
