"1. Promises to ship within 4 business days (so 4 days after 28 Dec 2022). But did not have the items to do so.
2. Emailed 2 weeks later (12 Jan 2023) to ask for more shipping fees before promising to release shipping in 24 hrs.
3. Went missing in action for a whole week. Will not pick up calls or reply to emails.
4. Dispute the charge and told them to keep the item.
5. Insisted to send the item now and called me at 9 pm.
6. Left item on my doorstep.
7. Supplier refunded $80 if I just accept it. Relented and removed dispute in March 2023.
8. Rushk withheld that $80 and claimed today (19 April) that it had shipped the item in 4-7 business days and tell me to show burden of proof. So here we go. Photos uploaded in product review and sitejabber! "
