"I almost left for Europe with my passport almost expired. Apparently you need to have 3 months before your passport expires even after you get home. I was confused, called Rush My Passport and they helped me figure it out and I needed to get a renewed passport super fast. They did it in about 4 business days so that's worth it to me. "
"I called in for a refund request due to an error on my side. The phone didn't even ring for a minute before someone picked up. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name, but she was VERY helpful and even laughed a bit at my mistake (in a fun manner as it was a humorous situation) which made everything feel very genuine. She then transferred me to the Refunds department to which I was helped by Tyronette. She did not waste my time and got straight to business, all while doing so in a pleasant manner.
This company doesn't waste your time by trying to stop you from doing this or that or offering more services. I highly recommend them, not only for their actual services, but their customer service!

"Try to access their system to renew my passport. The system did not allow information to go through. My credit card was charged for a product I never got. When I filed a complaint with my credit card company,they temporarily reimbursed me then retracted after consulting the rush mypassport.com. Is this company real or a scam. I am planning to file in small claims court. Does anyone have a mailing address for them?"
"As it turned out, I had incorrect information about the validity of my passport for upcoming travel. It expires in January and an airline employee told me the expiration date had to be 6 months from my date of travel. Later in the day I learned from the state dept passport info line that in fact it is only 90 days. I had ordered the expedited renewal in a panic, of course, but as soon as I got the newer information I called them and received a very sympathetic response and a cheerful refund from Lapreta. I didn't need the service but I will recommend it to anyone. The price is high, but it is certainly better than the cost of rebooking a trip or worse, missing an important family event. "
"Worst service ever. Sent in the fees. Got the application back. Sent it in. Then waited and waited. Was a problem with the check signiture so they took the fees and said they were going to send the money directly into the department of state.
Then 3 weeks later and 2 weeks before our trip we find out that they could not do that. If I would not have called we would have been completely screwed.
They apologized and said it was human error. I would not wish this service on my worst enemy."

"Our home was destroyed in the California Tubbs wild fire. We had a trip out of the country planned for this year and had not worried about passports until late December. When I realized that we would need to prove that we were citizens in order to get new passports I became very concerned about how long this process would take. I contacted Rush My Passport and the wild ride began. I would never have been able to get the passports in time without the expert assistance from people like Clarence Standish. By the time we submitted our applications I had sent forms to get the following:
Certified copies of our Birth Certificates from the State of California.
Certified copies of our marriage license.
Certified copies of wife's marriage license from a previous marriage.
Additional photo I.D and other documents due to my driver license less than 6 months since issue.
This process for people who have had all of their records destroyed in a fire is very difficult. I made a few errors along the way, but Clarence and his fellow support people patiently guided me through the process. I could not have done this in time without their help. This company deserves the five star rating and I will recommend them to anyone who asks!

"The service is great unless something happens to your flight. I thought I needed a service like this quickly, but my trip got delayed and I no longer needed the service. I tried to cancel, and Rush My Passport said you only have 3 days to cancel and we cannot give refunds (Basically they can cancel within 3 days, or keep it on hold for one year). I believe that the policy should be a little better because things can happen after three days. Three days is not long enough! How about 15 day policy? I understand that you have a business and I think there should be a policy that is 15-30 days. Not 3. I have to pay for a service I'm not going to use, and I think it is ridiculous. "
"I have used the service in the past to expedite my passport that had previously expired. I was happy with the service at that time. More recently, I had a issue getting my Brazilian visa. I had issues with the consulates web site and couldn't get past the issues involved. You must use the website to get a receipt to move forward. I contacted Mark Fraser and was sent a link and was able to move forward on the online application. But, I was less than 30 days away from my trip, and was afraid I wouldn't get it back in time. I sent my package off anyway and once Mark got it. I was informed there was another problem and was told that I may not get it back prior to my trip. I corrected those issues online and waited to hear from Mark and prayed that I would get it back prior to my trip. It was less than a week, when I got my response back and I should be receiving my passport/visa with in the next day or so. I am extremely pleased with this outcome and the service. I totally recommend them to get the job done."

When I called the 1-800# I was on-hold for almost 10minutes but once my call came up in the queue I understood why I had long hold time. The representatives are very detailed and very patient in explaining why each step is crucial to be carried out as instructed. He made sure I could download all the attachments & shipping labels while I was on the phone with him. Clarance's excellent customer service skills and knowledge about the passport renewal process really helped to decrease my travel anxiety. Plus I requested "rush" service and received my passport 5 days sooner than expected. That was a pleasant surprise! "
