"Ms. Lapreta Hall (customer service) is a jewel. She is one of the most professional customer service reps I have ever encountered. Already having a difficult day, I was certainly not expecting to encounter such a reassuring and knowledgeable person as Lapreta. I needed to cancel my request fore service and was prepared to be given the run-around. Quite the contrary, Ms. Hall was congenial and purposeful in her efforts to accommodate me with my request while reassuring me that I may reapply for my passport any time. Her reassuring manner and time given to hear my situation, then arriving at a good resolution was all that was needed for me to know that this is the right place for me to return, again and again when I need passport renewals in the future. Thank goodness she was there to handle my call and give me quick, expert attention that resolved my situation."
