"I made a purchase for carbon fiber vinyl sample and had no issue with it whatsoever. However the reason I gave them only two stars is that I tried following up by calling to order a sample booklet of avery vinyl wrap and could not reach anyone at all. I tried emailing to see if I could get guided towards making that purchase without success. Their product is good and delivered in a timely manner. Their customer support team is in need of improvement."
