"I own a vehicle wrap shop and frequently purchase vinyl from different suppliers, and I have to say without a doubt this is the worst experience I have ever had with a vender. After placing my order it was not shipped out for an entire week, and when I finally received the tracking number I scheduled the installation with my customer. The package ended up being 2 days late so I had to reschedule the installation, and when I received it only half of my order was contained in the package.

I attempted to call the support number multiple times with no answer and no callback, and emailed the support online multiple times with photos of the package only containing 1 item that I ordered, when I had ordered 2 different types of vinyl.

Their support staff told me to check the package again, and never responded after I sent them photos of the order and what came in the package.
1 week later and I am still waiting to hear back from anyone, no word on the other half of my order and I'm going to have to order the same vinyl from another vendor in order to proceed with the installation for my customer, which has already been rescheduled twice because of all this chaos.

We will never be ordering from you again, and will try to steer as many other unwary customers away from you as possible."
