The first time they didn't even bother to tell me they didn't have a product in stock. I had to contact them and switch what I ordered so I could actually get a product. Not only that but they didn't even put the full address onto the first products they sent out so right back to the supplier it went. took another whole month for the second attempt to get my products to me.
