"I placed my order based on material shown on the site as available and ready to ship - I even paid the additional cost to expedite shipping. After placing my order, I 'chatted' in to customer service to see if they could give me an expected delivery date for the shipment. They could not, only telling me that the expedited shipping would be handled through USPS. After a few days of waiting for a shipping confirmation, which never came, I chatted back in to customer service to inquire if the material I ordered was even available, in stock, or backordered? To my surprise, the material was indeed backordered and they did not have a firm confirmation date of when they would be receiving new inventory from the manufacturer. I have since cancelled the order and a refund has been issued (which, that process went very smoothly, thus the two start rating). All of this confusion could have easily been avoided had the site, or customer service, accurately depicted in stock inventory, or backordered inventory, rather than me having to chase down that information after the fact, and after my card had already been charged for the order (and the expedited shipping)."

"I placed my order on June 4th, and didn't receive my products until August 4th. took them 2 whole months to get me my order. The first time they didn't even bother to tell me they didn't have a product in stock. I had to contact them and switch what I ordered so I could actually get a product. Not only that but they didn't even put the full address onto the first products they sent out so right back to the supplier it went. took another whole month for the second attempt to get my products to me. I would highly recommend to others to shop somewhere else."
