"I ordered hundreds of dollars worth of products. 4 rolls of 3M knifeless tape, cutters, tool belt, primer, squeegees etc. Ordered on April 11, 2021 only to find they use the cheapest possible shipping methods and I will not receive the products until April 26, 2021. Two weeks after I ordered!!! As a business owner needing products for work I find this totally unacceptable. When I contacted customer service regarding my displeasure their response was to have me look at the tracking number again which, by the way, stills shows April 26, 2021 as the "expected" arrival date.
I took a chance with Rvinyl as they are a popular company for the products I use. I also order from other companies so I have good comparative history. All other companies have been able to deliver similar as well as exactly the same products as my Rvinyl order but all within 2-5 days.
Rvinyl's cheap shipping standards paired with their atrocious customer service solidifies that I will never order from this company again."

"This is the only site I found that had the wrap I need, and most other sites had a lot out of stock. Only problem is they don’t ship to Canada unless you want to pay $300 for shipping! That’s ridiculous and just a money grab. Otherwise very nice website to navigate and quick reply from customer service."

"Ok I hate to be the one who complains but I recently spent close to 100 with y’all. And I been forced to be in rest mode due to an accident well when I got my order it apprently got wet and ruined. And with me not being able to move cause I’m stuck to bed and I have to rely on help with everything and I explained this to a customer service person and asked for help with what to do cause basically I’m screwed over 89$ and it ****. I don’t know what happened to the order after it gotten wet. Cause I’m stuck and I never received a response and I’m deeply disappointed "

"First off your site's inventory is not up to date. While that is frustrating and time-consuming I have no real issue with that. The issue is in the customer service I received. One I asked for a similar color to the one that is out of stock. Instead of offering any recommendation, I was directed to shop for a new color myself. As a consumer, I find this absurd because I was under the impression I would receive excellent help from an expert. After I found my desires replacement I was told that I need to cancel my order and reorder. my first time purchasing through Rvinyl and I can safely say it will probably be my last. I just do not feel like I receive quality help or feel like a customer service tried to resolve my issue. like to be frank **** experience."
