"They sent damaged(chewed- looks like the cutting machine damaged the middle of the piece) rear windshield tint.
Firstly,I installed the tint on the sides; the last one was the rear windshied, I've noticed creases in the middle of the piece. However decided to install it, I didn't think that the tint was so chewed, but was really bad.
I sent the pictures of damaged lining, but they told me that it was damaged during instalation and is not covered by warranty. It is there right to believe that I damaged during instalation( I think there are people that damage tint and after claim that it was sent damaged), but even if I didn't install it they would told me that I damaged it during handling.
My intention is not to get a new one from them (it is not a big deal to buy a new one), but to warn buyers to be cautious when buying from Rvinyl, and double check every piece before instalation.
For the Rvinyl to double check the quality of cutting before shipping, and to improve customer service.
Definitely would not buy from them again!"
