"I needed drive caddies for my Dell T410 servers... Dell won't sell them without hard drives, and they won't sell hard drives because of the hard drive shortage. I found SCSI4ME through a Google search.

I ordered six caddies and chose second day shipping. I received the caddies the very next day. They were new, and in perfect condition.

I went to install them and they didn't work... the hard drives wouldn't fire up. I wrote to the company about getting replacements and within five minutes I got an email telling me what to do to fix the problem (I mounted the drives in the wrong holes).

"Ordered a new LSI Ultra320 host bus adapter and four Cremax mobile racks.

The card that arrived was not only used, but also of the wrong type entirely. The box was beat-up and taped shut; the card inside was an older model Adaptec (certainly not Ultra320!). I had to pay to send the incorrect card back; they could not replace it with the correct one!

The mobile racks were apparently lost by the shipper and never received. After waiting and waiting and waiting, they insisted upon attempting to refund me in such a way that I would have to pay a fee to get the money.

I've paid shipping to me, I've paid to ship to them, and now I have to pay to get my money back. I'll have spent almost $20 for nothing!
