"I ordered a few items more than a month ago but have not received them yet. I tried calling multiple times on different days but could never get through, and the voice mail message was less than optimistic that this was even a real business. I then tried to email them but again, no luck in getting a reply. I had to resort to filing a request for a full refund from Paypal, which will take a month! I would give this so called company a "0" instead of a 1 star rating if that option was available. Would I recommend them? Well, I took precious time out of my busy day to write a review...I only do that to try to prevent anyone else from going through this same issue. So, No, I would not recommend doing any business with this website, not even if they offer free products! Hope you read this in time...before you place any order with them."

"I bought a twin engine plane which is supposed to be RTF. Plane came with faulty parts which meant one engine did not work. SDS Hobby asked me to make a video of it and send to them as proof of not working. Then they asked me to disassemble motor, controller and troubleshoot parts to isolate the faulty part. After I identified that ESC was faulty, with weeks of waiting, they said they will send a new ESC but I need to pay for shipping. This is supposed to be my first hobby plane which was "Ready To Fly" and I am staring at a faulty plane with no warranty or support from a shoddiest business operator in whole of China. This business will be Out Of Business in any other part of the world."
