"I ordered a lighting fixture in October. Only received today January 9, looked different and lesser quality than online. They are charging me a $140 restocking and shipping fee and the box doesn't even fit inside my doorway to hold it until they come back to pick it up. Never ever ordering anything from them again. AND I have a brand new apartment we are buying all new furniture for! No one else has this bad customer service. $140 for nothing, so disappointing. wish they could stand behind their products.
