"Ordered 15 bulbs, five burned out well before 30,000 hours. Returned bulbs and requested Sexy LEDS to honor their warranty of 30,000 hours.
Have not received any replacement bulbs.
Am profoundly disgusted with the bulbs and customer service.

"I ordered 8 SEXY LEDS 5 watt chandelier bulbs (silver flame variety). I got the tracking code. Items arrived promptly (within 3 or 4 days) with USPS Priority. But 1 out of 8 bulbs was not working. I spoke to the owner, Aneeya, on the phone and she apologized for this issue. I asked her, how can I return and exchange that bulb, cause I needed it for my 8-bulb chandelier. She told me just keep the bulb and they sent me another one to replace it. (also fast). I am extremely pleased with this customer service AND the product.

Especially, I appreciate that they saved me a trip to the post office. I would have hated it so much. Considering the bulbs were supposed to arrive in the working condition. Aneeya assured me that all the bulbs are tested at the factory and something might have went wrong while in transit."
