You'll just find out 2 weeks later after waiting for the item to arrive that when you call them and Richard tells you there was a problem with the company carrying the item and then hangs up on you. I call back to complain and he says "I don't care! Whoever you are!".

I have sent them multiple email inquiries that went ignored. They never answer the phone when I try to call. I had to contact my credit card company to have all credit card charges reversed. Stay away from SFX Performance !!!"

"SFX provides AMAZING customer service! I called SFX with an unusual need - I was looking for parts to vent exhaust from a diesel generator out through a shed wall, nothing to do with cars at all. The agent (Chriss) had all the time in the world to listen and understand what we needed, and to search for the correct parts. I was quite pleased when the order was finalized. But then, an hour or so later, was simply astounded when Chriss called back to say that she had found an even better part for our application!
