"Terrible shipping practices and untrustworthy CS/Accounting.
I ordered a few items and submitted the order. I forgot to order a couple more and since there is no way to edit an order I just added another complete order. They shipped the orders in one box and charged 2 complete shipping charges. 17+ bucks to ship it 2 cities away. When I inquired about it I got a call from CS/Accounting and she tried to say that when they do a double shipment like mine they charge the total then will automatically refund the overpayment about 3 days later. When I questioned the practice she tried to
explain their procedure about 3 times to me and then just got frustrated and since it was automatic I should see the credit by tomorrow since it had only been 2 days. Within 1 hr of hanging up the phone she called back to inform me of a credit due and that I should see it in 2 - 3 days. This leads me to believe that had I not called and complained they would have been more then happy to take a double shipping charge from me because she/they didn't credit me till I e-mailed the complaint."

"I am not pleased at all with the quality of the merchandise. The 4-way audio/video input selector with remote, SKU CS-290303, didn't work right out of the box. I inquired about an RMA but after I pay return shipping AND SF Cable charges me the waived shipping on the original order, I'd be looking at at $20 charge to return a $27 item. In the trash. I'm too busy to be bothered with their made in china junk."

"I ordered 4 computer cables from this company and they shipped it USPS. The empty box arrived a week later. When I called SF Cable to inquire about it, they said to talk to the Post Office. I will never order from this company again. SF Cable was no help what so ever."

"Ordered from this company several times before and was satisfied with the products and the service. Recently purchased some more 3.5MM audio extension cables of the ST20 series. It seems that their new batch of ST20 cables has a bit wider female connector. As the result, the male - female connection is too loose. Called support. They offered to return the cables, but I would have to pay for the shipment. Which would probably cost more than the cables. I asked them to check their stock, to see if something was wrong with a whole batch of similar cables. They told me that they would do that and send me an e-mail. Have not received anything.

Next time I will probably stay away from this company.

The items were shipped the next day, as promised, and I received them in MD from the West Coast in 2 days, priority mail. They were in perfect shape. What more can you ask for from an Internet merchant? They get 5 stars in my book! "

"Good service. Shipping prices can be a bit high but UPS ground is free for >$50 orders, and product prices are among the lowest I've seen. I placed an order late friday afternoon, it was shipped the same day. On a prior order they were out of stock on a particular cable, so they asked if they could replace with another color - I agreed and it still shipped out on time. "

"Fantastic service. One of the cables I ordered was not in stock, and my order placed with 2-Day air. So they called me up, asked if it would be OK to substitute a cable of a longer length at no extra cost. I had no problem with this, and got my cables Today 11/16/2005 (2 days after ordering). The low cost for the cables was worth paying a little for fast shipping. I was in a rush to hook up my computers S-Video out to my TV's S-Video switch (40 ft away) so that I could change the input to my PC (where I have my own home made Tivo). The quality of the cables are great also. Not signal loss, perfect quality picture."
