"I can't say bad customer service, because they NEVER pick up the phone, and when you try to leave a message the mailbox is always full. In so many occasions I tried to return or fix some stuff I ordered, I send them an email and they NEVER get back to me. Is like they're saying "**** it up" - Really bad, bad bad!!! I don't know how are they still open seriously.
Then they send you a catalog and when I place the order non of the things I order from the catalog are in stock. One day I received an email (by a miracle) and they told me "not all the things that are in the catalog are always in stock" but let me tell you, this is constant, LOTS of different product they don't have in stock.
and y the way their "specials" ****!
I'm not happy at all and decided to let them go for another company.

"I had to return my purchase due to not fitting. I paid for the return which they received on 8/9/19 ( i have the signed receipt) and they still have not issued a refund. I have tried contacting them 3 times and have yet to hear back from them. I will let my credit card company know that it's a scam so I can get my money back. But seeing now that I'm not the only one who has experienced this I think it would be wise to hit them up with a lawsuit. I guess they feel that if they ignore you, you will just go away. Now it's not about my money being returned, it's about doing the right thing. I can't stand a thief!"

"I purchased items from this merchant, and realized I had to return the items. I have followed all instructions on the merchant's website www.shirtsupplier.com to return, and the merchant authorized the return on July 30. According to their policy, they explicitly prohibit sending the return items to their company without the pre-paid label they provide. However, they do not provide this label by email, but only by sending it via post. They claim this takes 10 business days at most, but it has been 15 business days and I have not received it. I then contacted them repeatedly by leaving them voice messages on the 2 numbers listed on their website - they do not have any live support. I have documentary evidence of the emails I have sent them multiple times showing that I have explicitly followed their returns policy and they have failed to respond at all. A google search reveals that this is a common deceptive often practiced by this merchant. I'm unable to receive a refund. I have disputed the charge on my credit card and reported them to BBB."
"Our experience was terrible! NO customer service! NOTHING promised as advertised! CHARGED for products that were out of stock! This "Company" was the worst we've used ever. They advertise you'll receive a call you back in 15-10 minutes, that never happened. (We waited 3 days and still nothing). They charged us for products, but then sent a email 2 days later saying they were out of stock!..... We have blacklisted them on our merchant and banking services and will be reporting them to any retail oversight institution possible."
"I would give a 5 star rating but the thing I wish would change is their pricing structure. It is too hard to bid a job not knowing how much your shirts are gonna cost you if you order them on Tuesday vs Thursday or in the month of November, etc. I wish they would just average out their pricing and cut the gimmicks. Straight across the board pricing would gain a lifelong customer in me. "
